The Rivertown Boys

All About Us

The Rivertown Boys is a Southern Gospel group that was formed in the summer of 2002. The ministry is based out of the Myrtle Beach, SC area. The first public appearance was September 7, 2002. They have witnessed many lives being touched and hearts accepting Christ as their Savior since that day. Kenny Huggins, (tenor) is a co-founder of the group, along with former member Kevin Hardee. Billy Wayne Jones, (lead) and Donnie Sellers, (baritone) round out the vocal harmony. The group features songs written by Jones and Sellers. They also sing many old-time favorites and classic hymns. The Rivertown Boys travel throughout the Southeast sharing the good news of Jesus through song and testimony. This group has sung on such national stages as Singing in The Sun in Myrtle Beach, SC and SGMA Fan Fair in Chattanooga, TN. They have shared the stage with many of today’s most popular artists. The ultimate mission of this group is to spread the Gospel that lost souls may be saved and Christians may be uplifted. The group’s first single was released to national radio in February of 2006. The group celebrated its first top 80 on the Singing News Chart in June of 2007. A highly anticipated new recording project featuring brand new songs will be available in early 2009. These young men are very excited about what God is doing with this ministry. Please pray for the Rivertown Boys as they travel the journey as God opens new doors. They would love the opportunity to share their ministry with your organization or church.
Traveling God's roadmap to see Christians uplifted and the lost SAVED!
